Production Associate
Location: Alpharetta, GA
Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our production team. This role is essential in ensuring medical products are assembled, packaged, and prepared according to regulatory standards and internal procedures. Candidates with experience in FDA-regulated or ISO-certified environments are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow detailed work instructions to assemble, inspect, package, seal, sterilize, and box medical products and components.
• Comply with hygiene and gowning protocols appropriate for the assigned work area
• Review work orders for correct labeling, apply labels accurately, and move products through staging and release areas as directed.
• Adhere to all Quality System procedures, SOPs, GMP, GDP, ISO, and FDA requirements.
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation throughout the production process.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

• Prior experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly required.

• Experience in a medical device or FDA-regulated environment preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to read and follow verbal/written instructions in English.

• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.
