Competitive Compensation: At $16.50 per hour

Shift: 1st: 7:00am-3:30pm

We are seeking Assembler I for a variety of roles at our Robern facility in Bristol, PA, where we manufacture premium luxury bathroom products. In this role, you will help ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality by assembling and packaging cabinets, doors, components, and light fixtures according to established specifications. Using production equipment, hand and power tools, and standardized work processes, you will contribute to the safe, efficient, and timely production of high-quality products.

Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities

  • Efficiently operates in assigned area of the Robern Plant.
  • Accurately assemble cabinets, doors, parts, and/or light fixtures ensuring quality of the finished product.
  • Accurately cut, punch, or saw material in accordance to specific measurements and instructions.
  • Pack product accurately adhering to customer quality standards when assigned to a packing station.
  • Regularly check parts for tolerance compliance and quality standards.
  • Effectively utilize hand held tools and power tools such as a staple gun, screw gun, and drill.
  • Effectively read and interpret written instructions or procedures to accurately assemble products.
  • Maintain established efficiency goals on a daily basis.
  • Produce at necessary level of production to meet demand requirements as directed by volume and/or management.
  • Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures.
  • Perform regular quality work checks to ensure the product meets quality standards. Report faulty parts to the Quality Inspector or Lead timely.
  • Identify product defects and take appropriate action in a timely manner.
  • Regularly maintain a clean and safe work area.
  • Regularly maintain and promote 5S initiative in work area.
  • Regularly maintain inventory of product in work stations.
  • All other duties as assigned.
