What You'll Be Doing- Assist with printing, bookbinding, assembly, and finishing projects
- Learn to operate production machinery, tools, and equipment
- Measure, cut, assemble, and inspect materials
- Read a ruler, follow measurements, and work from written instructions
- Perform basic math to ensure accurate production
- Check finished products for quality and accuracy
- Package, lift, and organize materials and completed products
- Help keep equipment and work areas clean, safe, and organized
- Make minor equipment adjustments and troubleshoot routine issues
- Work with your teammates to complete projects on time.
We're looking for someone who:- Enjoys hands-on work and has a mechanical mindset
- Likes working with tools, equipment, or DIY projects
- Can read a ruler and perform basic math
- Pays attention to detail and takes pride in quality work
- Is dependable, punctual, and eager to learn
- Can follow verbal and written instructions
- Can safely lift and move up to 40 pounds
- Can learn to work independently and solve routine problems
