Job Description

Precision Staffing is currently seeking dependable and detail-oriented Production Associates / Garment Processors for an opportunity with Cintas.

This position involves inspecting garments, applying heat-sealed barcodes and emblems, and assisting with basic sewing and garment alterations.

Sewing experience is preferred but NOT required! We are willing to train candidates who are dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

Job Responsibilities

• Inspect garments for correct color, size, quantity, and quality.

• Apply barcodes, emblems, ID tapes, and labels using heat-sealing equipment.

• Perform basic sewing, cutting, and hemming as needed.

• Ensure barcodes and labels are applied accurately.

• Check finished garments for quality and accuracy.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Follow production instructions and safety procedures.

• Meet daily production and quality expectations.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail is required.

• Sewing or industrial sewing machine experience preferred, but not mandatory.

• Ability to stand for up to 7 hours during an 8-hour shift.

• Ability to communicate and understand basic instructions in English.

• Ability to read written instructions and maintenance information in English.

• Willingness to learn heat-sealing and garment processing procedures.

• Dependable, organized, and able to work in a production environment.
