We are currently hiring motivated and dependable team members to join a growing food manufacturing operation. We have openings in production, sanitation, and packaging departments. These positions offer an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment focused on quality, safety, and teamwork.

Available Positions:

• Sanitation Team Member – $16.00-$17.00/hr (1st Shift & 2nd shift)
• Line Fill Associate – $15.00-$16.00/hr (1st Shift & 2nd Shift)

General Responsibilities

• Follow all food safety, quality, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards.
• Wear required PPE and adhere to company safety policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals.
• Stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Assist with production, packaging, sanitation, warehouse, or ingredient handling duties as assigned.

Position-Specific Duties

Sanitation Team Member

• Break down equipment and perform complete washdowns.
• Clean and sanitize equipment using soaps, sanitizers, pressure washers, and hoses.
• Follow all chemical handling and safety procedures.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards throughout the facility.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail.
• Work until all cleaning tasks are completed.

Line Fill Associate

• Stack trays and package finished products.
• Add ingredients and materials in an assembly-line environment.
• Support production operations while maintaining quality standards.
• Ensure work areas remain clean and organized.
• Follow all food safety guidelines and procedures.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing, warehouse, production, or food processing experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
• Warehouse Ingredient Control candidates must have counting experience, handheld scanner experience, and electric pallet jack experience.
