Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00am - 4:30pm

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Production Associate to support the assembly and quality control of caps and components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves performing manual tasks with precision, such as inserting liners into caps, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace. The position is ideal for hands-on individuals comfortable with repetitive manual work and standing for extended periods.

Key Responsibilities

• Insert liners into caps and other components accurately and consistently.
• Conduct quality control checks on manual insertions to ensure accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
• Perform additional manual labor tasks within the production line as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following safety protocols.
• Follow all production processes and safety procedures at all times.
• Use hand-eye coordination to perform detailed assembly tasks efficiently.
• Stand for extended periods, performing repetitive manual tasks with attention to detail.
• Maintain focus to reduce errors during repetitive tasks.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to perform repetitive manual tasks with attention to detail.
• Capable of standing for long periods during shifts.
• Manual dexterity for detailed assembly work.
• Ability to work Monday-Friday, 6:00am - 4:30pm.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a production line or warehouse environment.
• Experience with quality control procedures in manufacturing.
