Schedule: Saturday and Sunday shifts

About the Role

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Production Associates to join our warehouse team in Gardena, CA. This role focuses on supporting manufacturing and distribution operations by handling goods, assisting with packing and sorting, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols during weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle goods within weight limits of up to 10 lbs to support production operations
• Assist in packing, sorting, and preparing products for shipment or storage
• Follow safety guidelines and warehouse procedures to maintain a safe work environment
• Operate basic warehouse tools and equipment as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area throughout the shift
• Report any issues or discrepancies to supervisors promptly
• Support team members to meet production targets efficiently
• Support loading and unloading of materials when necessary
• Adhere to all safety protocols and wear PPE as required
