Production Associate

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM 

 

Are you looking for a great opportunity with a growing manufacturing company? Penmac Staffing is hiring Production Associates for a busy print-on-demand production facility. This company creates personalized gifts and custom products that are printed, sewn, packaged, and shipped to customers across the country. 

 

No Experience? No Problem! 

We provide the training you need to succeed. Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or assembly experience is helpful, but a great attitude and strong work ethic are what matter most. 

 

Requirements for the Production Associate 

We're looking for dependable individuals who:

  Can work throughout the holiday production season, including scheduled overtime and weekends as needed 
  

 

Production Associate Responsibilities 

As a Production Associate, you may: 

• 
  Assist with printing, sewing, assembly, packaging, and shipping operations 
  

• 
  Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met 
  

• 
  Follow production schedules and work instructions 
  

• 
  Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area 
  

• 
  Meet daily production goals while maintaining accuracy 
  

• 
  Work as part of a team to keep orders moving efficiently through the production process 
  

• 
  Support other departments as needed during peak production periods
