Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Associate to support daily manufacturing operations. In this role, you will be trained to perform two to three production jobs at the Class III level while assisting with other duties throughout the facility as needed.

The ideal candidate is a reliable team player who can work in a fast-paced environment, follow safety and quality procedures, maintain a clean workspace, and meet daily production goals. Flexibility to move between departments and production tasks is important.

Attendance is an essential requirement of this position.

Responsibilities

• Perform two to three assigned production jobs at the required productivity and quality standards.
• Assist with production tasks based on daily workload and business needs.
• Meet or exceed departmental production, quality, and efficiency goals.
• Follow all company policies, safety rules, and established work procedures.
• Inspect work and promptly report quality concerns or other issues to the Production Supervisor.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and complete daily housekeeping duties.
• Clean equipment in assigned work areas and return supplies and tools to designated locations.
• Report equipment malfunctions or maintenance concerns promptly.
• Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to meet production demands.
• Adapt to different production assignments and departments as needed.
• Complete additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing, production, or teamwork experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and established safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Basic verbal communication skills and the ability to report issues clearly.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Willingness to learn multiple production jobs and move between departments.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work cooperatively with supervisors, coworkers, and other departments.

No managerial experience is required.
