Job Title: XNF Production Associate - 1st Shift
Location: Piedmont, South Carolina 29673

Hourly Rate: $17

Schedule: 7:00AM-3:30PM (Shifts could last 10 hours/Could be scheduled 6-7 days a week)

Job Overview
We are seeking a Production Associate to operate machinery and ensure safety and quality standards are upheld. This role offers a competitive pay rate and requires dedication and teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do

• Operate equipment for production parts
• Enforce all safety rules and policies
• Manage loading and unloading of parts
• Support quality control processes
• Participate in team meetings and training

What We’re Looking For

• Effective communication skills
• Ability to interpret safety and operational documents
• Strong mathematical skills
• Ability to work independently
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred
