- 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

- Base Pay: $19.45/hour
- Night Shift Premium: +$2.00/hour
Your Role
As a Production Associate, you’ll help manufacture and package plastic containers used in the horticulture industry. No experience is necessary—we provide full training.
What you’ll do: - Operate and monitor production equipment safely
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Record production counts and basic data
- Package and label finished goods
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking reliable team members who are ready to learn and contribute.
Qualifications: - Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks (including lifting up to 50 lbs)
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive, team-oriented mindset
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
