Careerscape is recruiting on behalf of our client, a growing media production company, for an entry-level Production Associate to join their fully remote team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career to get hands-on experience supporting the day-to-day workflow behind digital content, from organizing assets to helping keep projects on schedule and on brand.
Day to day, you will be juggling multiple small tasks that add up to a smooth production process, checking in with teammates over chat and video calls, tracking details in shared project tools, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. People who thrive in this role are organized, communicate clearly in writing, and enjoy learning the mechanics of how content actually gets made.
Responsibilities
- Support daily production workflows across multiple ongoing projects
- Organize and maintain digital assets, files, and project folders
- Assist producers and coordinators with scheduling and timeline tracking
- Review content for quality, accuracy, and brand consistency
- Log footage, files, and production notes in shared systems
- Communicate updates and flag issues to the production team promptly
- Help prepare materials and status reports for internal reviews
- Coordinate with freelancers or vendors on task handoffs and deadlines
- Track deliverables against production calendars
- Assist with basic edits, formatting, or file conversions as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required, associate or bachelor degree a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Basic proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines at once
- Interest in media, content, or creative production a plus
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace
- Prior internship or coursework in media, communications, or production preferred
