Production Associate

Assist with growing, caring for, and preparing plants for shipment.

1st Shift: Monday - Friday 7AM-5PM & Saturday, 7AM-3PM
2nd Shift: Monday-Friday: 4PM-2AM

Pay: $17/hr. - Paid Weekly

Key Responsibilities

• Plant, pot, label, water, and move plants.
• Pull and prepare customer orders.
• Load and unload plants, supplies, and trucks.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs. and push/pull carts up to 200 lbs.
• Stand, bend, kneel, and work in varying weather conditions.
• Follow instructions and safety procedures.
• Reliable attendance and transportation.
• Available for overtime and Saturdays during peak season.
• Pass a background check and drug screen.

Work Environment

• Greenhouse, nursery, and outdoor settings with seasonal temperatures.
• Frequent lifting, walking, bending, and moving products.
