Production Associate – Assembly / Line Loading

Location: Salisbury, NC
Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM
Pay: $16.50

We are hiring a Production Associate to help assemble products and load materials onto a production line at a facility that manufactures components for septic and drainage systems. This is an active, hands-on position involving material handling and repetitive production tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble products according to instructions.

• Load materials and components onto the production line.

• Check products for visible defects and proper assembly.

• Move materials and finished products within the work area.

• Keep your workstation clean and follow safety procedures.

• Work with the team to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications:

• Ability to follow instructions and maintain a steady work pace.

• Comfortable standing, bending, reaching, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift.

• Dependable attendance and attention to detail.

• Previous assembly, manufacturing, or warehouse experience preferred.
