Production Associate

TA Resources specializes in recruiting for small businesses. Currently we are seeking a Production Associate for one of our clients. Our client is a privately held, family-owned company. Based in Skokie, IL, they design, develop,and manufacture medical devices.

Widely acknowledged as one of the pioneers of vascular access ports, or VAPs, their innovative pursuit resulted in improvedproducts for patient care. The companys current focus is on the design and development of next-generation VAPs, and needle sets for oncology, interventional radiology, surgery, and home-health marketplaces.

Reporting to the Production Manager, the Production Associate will be responsible for reading, understanding and executing against all required build, inspection, packaging and safety procedures in order to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations. They will also be responsible for learning all production staff operations.

This position is Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm. Due to it being in a manufacturing environment this position must be in their Skokie, IL office.

INTERVIEWS WILL BE HELD the week of 2/26 for all selected applicants

Primary Responsibilities:

· Reading and understanding build designs for various medical products

· Assembling Medical Products for customers.

· Produce assembly of medical devices with accuracy and precision in a manufacturing environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Detailed Oriented-Must be able to pay attention to details during manufacturing assembly of devices.

· Team Player-Someone who arrives on time and doesnt hesitate to take on new tasks.

· Curious-Someone who enjoys learning new things and isnt afraid to ask questions.

· Ability to follow detailed instructions for all manufacturing builds.

· Strong command of the English language both written and verbal.

Requirements:

· Strong command of the English language both written and verbal.

· Understanding of Basic Measurement

· Eye Hand coordination and manual dexterity

· Ability and desire to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy in a timely manner.

· High School diploma or equivalent.
