Production Associate

Job Summary

Production Associate role in Sumter, SC, performing fabrication, assembly, testing, and packaging of medical devices, along with basic equipment setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Includes quality inspections on the processing line per SOPs and quality specifications. 2 openings. Day shift (8AM-8PM) on a 3-on/2-off/2-on/3-off rotation, including weekends.

• Perform fabrication, assembly, testing, and packaging tasks
• Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment
• Conduct quality inspections on the processing line per quality specifications
• Follow clearly defined SOPs and quality guidelines
• Read, interpret, and comprehend specifications written in English; perform basic math calculations
• Use basic measurement tools such as microscopes
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and Team Lead/Supervisor
• Maintain good attention to detail
• Work collaboratively within a team environment
• Rotate into different tasks and responsibilities as needed
• Stand, walk, and sit for extended periods; occasionally lift/move up to 50 lbs
