About the Role

As a Production Associate, you will be part of the team that transforms incoming product into quality beef, pork and bison items ready for customers. You will learn each step of the process through hands-on instruction from experienced colleagues. From day one, you will build practical skills in a structured environment that values safety, consistency, and teamwork. Because production runs on a weekday schedule, you can count on no weekends, giving you time to rest and plan your life outside of work.Benefits available after 60 days of employment.

What You Will Do

• Perform assigned tasks, following standardized procedures for cutting, trimming, packaging, or handling product.
• Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards throughout your shift.
• Operate and clean equipment safely under the guidance of supervisors and trained staff.
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and compliant with health and quality requirements.
• Communicate with team members to keep the line running smoothly and efficiently.
• Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment.
• Meet daily production and quality goals as a contributing member of the crew.
