Production Associates

Location: Timberlake, NC (onsite)
Schedule: Full-time | Non-Exempt

About the Role

Voltage is seeking motivated Production Associates. The Production Staff role is responsible for supporting daily manufacturing operations by performing hands-on production activities in accordance with safety, quality, and productivity standards. This position plays a vital role in ensuring efficient production flow, product quality, and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This individual will collaborate closely with supervisors, engineers, and fellow production team members to meet operational goals.

What You’ll Do

• Perform hands-on manufacturing tasks such as assembling components, operating production equipment, and preparing materials for processing.
• Follow work instructions, production schedules, and standard operating procedures to complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Set up, operate, and monitor machinery or tools as trained to support production requirements.
• Meet hourly and daily productivity targets while maintaining quality standards.
• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications and company standards.
• Identify and report defects, equipment issues, or safety concerns to a supervisor promptly.
• Follow all safety rules, policies, and procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with 5S or similar practices.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment preferred but not required.
• Mechanical aptitude or experience working with tools or machinery is a plus.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
