QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

• High School diploma or Equivalent

Experience & Skills:

• 1-2 years commercial cleaning experience within warehouse/food production environment
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Flexibility and willingness to work overtime as required, which may include some evenings and weekends.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform daily cleaning duties in the production/warehouse areas and outside common areas at both EarthFresh facilities.
• Clean food packing equipment using approved chemicals.
• Empty interior and exterior garbage and recycling bins as needed.
• Sweep production/warehouse area floors (including potatoes, packaging material, wood, etc.)
• Dispose of all garbage/cardboard that has been placed in front of compactor area.
• Inspect outside of facilities twice daily, and sweep/pick-up garbage and debris.
• Correct any deviations, as identified by the Food Safety/Quality Technician during pre-operational inspection.
• Other duties as required by the Food Safety/QA Manager.
