We’re looking to add dedicated team members to our in-house production cleaning team. In this role, you’ll clean, restore, and carefully repackage the personal items of our customers affected by water or smoke damage. The ideal candidate enjoys detailed cleaning work, takes pride in restoring items to their best possible condition, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where compassion and quality matter.

Day in the life...

• Morning Huddle
• Set production goals for the day
• Work with 2-3 other employees to execute on the production cleaning of customers personal property items
• Document your work produce, inventory items accordingly
• On your feet for an entire day, moving from station to station producing work in a timely, efficient and profitable manner
• Bending, lifting, stooping and carrying boxes, items and furniture throughout the day
• Prep for the next day
• Other duties as required

Results Expected: 

• Daily jobs are completed fully within the allotted amount of time.
• Communications with team supervisor and accurate and detailed job file documentation
• Jobs are completed at or beyond customer expectations.
• Equipment, and facilities remain clean, organized, and working properly each day

Compensation - $20 - $25 an hour depending on experience
