Production/Compounding Associate

Hours
1st Shift: 6:00 am 4:00 pm, Monday Thursday
Pay
$16.50/hour
Key Responsibilities
Read and understand specification sheets
Accurately weigh out coded materials according to mixing specifications
Ensure chemicals are weighed accurately and prepared in advance for two production lines
Transport materials and chemicals to scale and packaging areas
Work closely with Banbury operators and rubber technicians
Maneuver and align rubber stock on machinery
Package finished products (up to 75 pounds), label, and prepare for shipping on skids
Communicate effectively with other production team members
Use weigh systems, shipping software, recipes, and barcode scanners
Minimum Requirements
High School diploma or GED
Production and forklift experience preferred but not required (training provided)
Medically approved to wear respiratory protection
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
Nice to Have Skills
Experience in manufacturing
Forklift operation knowledge
Preferred Education and Experience
High School diploma or GED
Other Requirements
Must be on-site at the Cuyahoga Falls location
