Production Concierge

The Production Concierge at Spartan Plumbing serves as the pivotal liaison between clients, production staff, and management, ensuring seamless coordination and communication throughout all phases of production. This role is integral to maintaining operational efficiency, enhancing client satisfaction, and upholding the company's standards of excellence.

Key responsibilities include managing schedules, handling client inquiries with professionalism, facilitating effective collaboration among departments, and overseeing the timely delivery of production milestones. The Production Concierge is expected to anticipate potential issues, propose solutions proactively, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the production process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in production coordination, client relations, or a related role.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving challenges.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple stakeholders.
• High level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information.
• Capacity to maintain composure under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

Benefits

Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, with some overtime.

Pay Scale: $17.00 - $20.00/hr. DOE.
