A place where creativity thrives, new perspectives are invited, and ideas matter. A team where everyone makes play happen.

Founded in 2010 by the original creators of the Call of Duty Franchise, Respawn was created with the philosophy that when talented people have creative freedom, they''ll make extraordinary games that achieve the unexpected. From our roots as an indie studio to joining the expansive roster of studios at Electronic Arts, this remains our guiding principle. We truly love what we do and want to share our passion with players worldwide.

Our shipped titles include critically acclaimed multi-platform games Apex Legends, Titanfall, Titanfall 2, Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, Star Wars Jedi: Survivor and Medal of Honor: Above and Beyond. Join us for the opportunity to create groundbreaking games with some of the best developer talent.

The Opportunity

Our studio is looking for a proactive Production Coordinator to join our Studio Operations team. We are looking for a problem solver who is passionate about high quality support and eager to find new ways to streamline our current processes.

This position is hybrid and requires onsite presence in our Chatsworth office three days per week.

What You'll Do

  • Executive Support: Manage complex and dynamic calendars, coordinate domestic and international travel, and prepare and submit expense reports. Anticipate scheduling conflicts, prioritize competing demands, and ensure leaders are prepared and set up for success.

  • Event Coordination: Plan and execute team meetings, summits, and onsite or offsite events, managing logistics such as space planning, catering, materials, communications, and day of coordination to create seamless experiences.

  • Onboarding and Offboarding: Lead onboarding logistics for US based employees by ensuring new hires have equipment, network access, campus access, and workspace setups completed prior to their start dates. Manage offboarding by coordinating equipment returns and access removal in partnership with IT and HR. Collaborate with hiring managers for new hire seat assignments at the Chatsworth campus.

  • Team Operations and Communication: Maintain team distribution lists, Slack channels, and shared resources to support clear and consistent communication. Schedule meetings and manage team calendars, support agenda creation, capture notes when needed, and track follow-ups.

  • Studio Experience: Proactively maintain department common areas and participate in creative sessions to thoughtfully brand and enhance the team workspace experience. Partner with the Workplace Experience team to advocate for the team''s needs and act as a liaison to studio leadership on onsite needs.

  • Operational Support: Partner with IT and cross-functional teams to manage hardware and software needs, assist with space planning and internal moves, and provide guidance on company processes related to travel, purchasing, and facilities.

  • Process Improvement: Continuously look for opportunities to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and introduce scalable processes that support a growing and evolving team. Participate in cross-training within the Studio Operations group to maximize overall studio support.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience: A proven track record in an administrative, coordinator, or operations role, ideally supporting senior leaders and global teams in a fast-paced environment.

  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Outlook and Google Workspace, including advanced calendar management, document collaboration, note taking, and task tracking.

  • Event Expertise: Demonstrated experience organizing team meetings, summits, and team building or social events with strong logistical oversight.

  • Organizational Strength: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and operate with a high level of autonomy.

  • Communication and Approach: Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills with an approachable, collaborative style.

  • Discretion and Judgment: A strong commitment to confidentiality and the ability to handle sensitive information with care.
