Production Coordinator

  About the Job

• Lead and coordinate field crews day to day, keeping jobs on schedule, on budget, and to our quality standard
• Run morning meetings with crews to set the plan and pace for the day, and check in throughout the day as jobs progress
• Manage the logistics of production – materials, equipment, and crew scheduling — so crews have what they need to work efficiently
• Conduct site visits throughout active projects, catching issues early and communicating any changes to customers proactively
• Hold crews and subcontractors accountable to our quality and safety standards
• Maintain strong, proactive customer communication throughout the life of the project, especially once work is underway
• Track multiple active projects at once, keeping schedules, budgets, and communication organized in our production tracking systems
• Step into scope development, estimating, and project management responsibilities as your experience grows
• Work seamlessly with our sales/estimating team and office staff, ensuring project success from estimate to completion
• Channel your professional pride into being a face of our company in the field, where every interaction reflects our commitment to quality and service

Production Coordinator Qualifications

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a requirement
• Experience leading, supervising, or managing a crew or team is required
• 2+ years of experience in a trades, construction, or production environment — construction, masonry, concrete, homebuilding, and landscape/hardscape backgrounds are highly preferred
• Comfortable holding a boundary with crews, subcontractors, and customers and communicating “no” or “not yet” clearly and professionally
• Proficiency with basic technology tools (email, scheduling/tracking software, measuring apps)
• Experience with project estimation, scope development, or job costing is a plus, not required – we'll grow this with you
• Proven ability to stay organized and accurate while juggling multiple active projects
• Located within a reasonable commuting distance of Columbia, TN, to support a sustainable, long-term fit
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
