Production Coordinator

The Production Coordinator is responsible for providing overall support to plant operations. They will be responsible for various assignments that will support the production department within the plant operations.

PROVIDE SUPPORT TO PRODUCTION
Organizes and files manufacturing Batch Slips, raw materials BOL's and Packing slips.
Enters dry raw material receiving and production supply receipts in Oracle
Assist Shipping Department with closing work orders.

PROVIDE SUPPORT TO SUPPLY CHAIN
Involved in printing batch tickets and re-exploding orders when necessary.
Checking label availability for the batches.
Keeping track of all specials.
Responsible for updating the daily metric numbers and posting at the kickoff presentation.
Entering data, filing, Microsoft Office Suites knowledge would be very helpful.

Hours are Monday through Friday, anywhere from 7 - 8:30 AM start time. This is an 8.5 hour shift with a 30 minute unpaid lunch.

Skill/Experience/Education:
Mandatory:
Microsoft Office

Desired Skills:
Experience working in a manufacturing environment including safety, maintenance, data entry.
