Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Production Coordinator/Team Lead to help oversee daily production operations and support the Production Supervisor.
Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate production employees.
Monitor workflow, productivity, safety, and quality.
Assign work and assist with training new employees.
Address attendance and performance concerns.
Complete production paperwork and records.
Communicate production issues and updates to management.
Help maintain a safe and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of production, packing house, agricultural, or food manufacturing experience preferred.
Previous leadership/Team Lead experience preferred.
Bilingual English/Spanish required.
Basic math and recordkeeping skills.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Reliable, punctual, and able to take initiative.
Must be flexible with work schedules.
