    Job Summary:

    This role provides vital data and updates of the production system.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Monitor and track parts as required through the production flow to ensure timely delivery to next production location.
    • Coordinate movement of parts through receiving inspection, warehouse, purchasing and production resources within the Company to ensure parts are handled and protected properly and within specifications.
    • Coordinate off-site processing of parts to ensure on-time delivery as required.
    • Work with the planning, procurement, engineering, and production teams to ensure MRP/ERP data is and remains clean and accurate
    • Work with production personnel to ensure metric goals are understood
    • Update and utilize visual management boards to drive results.
    • Work with production supervisors and managers to ensure all metrics driven action requirements are completed.
    • Communicate part status and estimated completion dates to leadership daily.
    • Assist management team with action item updates as required.
    • Ensure accuracy of E-KANBAN system
    • Create shop orders and shippers for customers

    Education and Experience:

    • High Diploma
    • Preferred experience in aerospace or automotive manufacturing environments.

    • Strong computer skills, familiar with the full suite of MS Office products

    Special Requirements:

    The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. "
