Performs all administrative duties required to convert engineering data into shop fabrication data to communicate to the production line what needs to be manufactured.

Performs all clerical tasks associated with releasing a job into the shopCreates applicable cut lists, bunking lists, fabrication drawings and electronic files necessary to operate the shop floor and the computerized manufacturing equipment.Creates job folders, Generates the shop drawings by work centerBatches jobs and creates cutting reportsSimultaneously creates the automated saw files and projection fabrication filesReleases job to production team, Updates scheduling statusEdits work order in On-Line Software for shop labor totals

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 18 months of truss fabrication experience.
