Job Title: Production Operations Coordinator Location: New York, NY (1755 Office) Duration: Contract Schedule: Monday Thursday Onsite | Friday Remote Pay Rate: $23/hour (Non-Negotiable)
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized Production Operations Coordinator to support the end-to-end production lifecycle for eCommerce merchandise operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing purchase orders, coordinating vendors and logistics partners, maintaining ERP systems, and ensuring timely product delivery. This is a fast-paced role requiring exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage purchase orders from creation through fulfillment.
Track production status, work-in-progress (WIP), and shipments.
Maintain ERP records (Navision/Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
Perform goods receipt transactions.
Schedule product inspections.
Prepare shipment documentation and notifications.
Work closely with vendors, factories, logistics providers, and 3PL partners.
Coordinate invoice processing with Finance.
Monitor production timelines and delivery KPIs.
Maintain dashboards, reports, and production logs.
Resolve shipment discrepancies and production issues.
Support cross-functional teams including Product Development, Logistics, Finance, and Brand Management.
Required Qualifications
Experience managing Purchase Orders (POs)
Production Coordination or Supply Chain experience
