Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Electronic Assembler to join our manufacturing team in Fort Myers, Florida. This position is responsible for assembling electronic components and power supply units according to engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality standards. The ideal candidate has strong hand-eye coordination, enjoys hands-on technical work, and takes pride in producing high-quality electronic products.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic components, circuit boards, wiring harnesses, and power supply units.

• Read and follow assembly instructions, wiring diagrams, schematics, and engineering drawings.

• Perform soldering, wire preparation, crimping, and other electronic assembly tasks as required.

• Use hand tools, power tools, and precision equipment safely and effectively.

• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure accuracy, functionality, and compliance with quality standards.

• Identify defective components, assembly issues, and potential product failures.

• Perform basic electrical testing and troubleshooting as needed.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Follow established production procedures, safety guidelines, and quality control requirements.

• Work collaboratively with production and quality teams to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in electronic assembly, electrical assembly, or manufacturing preferred.

• Basic understanding of electronic components, wiring, and electrical circuits.

• Ability to read assembly instructions, technical drawings, and wiring diagrams is a plus.

• Experience with soldering, hand tools, and electronic testing equipment preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

• Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and contribute to a team environment.

• Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious.

• Basic general warehouse skills

Compensation & Schedule
