• Operate and monitor production machinery, adjusting for optimal performance.
• Verify quality at multiple checkpoints to ensure products meet specifications.
• Assemble components and package finished goods for shipment.
• Uphold 5S-style cleanliness and organization for safety and flow.
• Team up with peers to achieve output goals and meet deadlines.
• Escalate equipment malfunctions or safety issues immediately.
• Advance your capabilities through structured training and development.

Bring your strengths

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior manufacturing or production exposure is a plus.
• Detail orientation with the discipline to follow instructions and procedures.
• Collaborative communicator with a positive approach.
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including overtime when required.
• Physically able to lift and move materials as needed.
