Position Overview

We are seeking Production Floaters to support manufacturing operations at a facility in Northampton, MA.

This position is intended for candidates with previous manufacturing experience who are comfortable working in a production environment and supporting different areas of the operation as needed.

Because this is a floater position, candidates should be flexible, dependable, comfortable taking direction, and willing to assist wherever production support is required.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Experience working in a production, manufacturing, or industrial environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and established workplace procedures.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a manufacturing team.
• Willingness to learn and support different production areas as assigned.
• Strong attendance and reliability.
• Safety-conscious approach to working in an industrial environment.
• Ability to consistently work the 8:00 AM–4:30 PM shift.

Schedule

1st Shift: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Regular Hours: 40 hours per week
Lunch: 30 minutes
