Production Floral Associate

Adecco is actively recruiting dependable and detail-oriented Production Floral Associates to join a dynamic, fast-paced floral production facility in Vista, CA. Qualifications & Skills: 

• Previous experience in production, assembly, warehouse, landscaping, agriculture, or floral work is preferred but not required. 

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting with keen attention to detail. 

• Strong communication, teamwork, dependability, and punctuality. 

• Comfortable standing, walking, and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods. 

• Capable lifting and moving up to 35 lbs. regularly. 

• Physically able to bend, reach, twist, and perform other physical activities throughout the shift. 

• Comfortable working in cool, refrigerated environments around fresh floral products. 

Shift Options: 

• First Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM 

• Second Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM 

• Third Shift: 12:00 AM – 8:30 AM

Pay Details: $17.00 to $17.50 per hour
