About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Production Worker to support manufacturing and packaging operations in a warehouse environment. This role involves assisting with cosmetic packaging, packing, and assembly to ensure efficient and high-quality product preparation for shipment. The ideal candidate will be able to handle physically demanding tasks, follow safety protocols, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with cosmetic packaging and assembly operations using specified equipment and tools
• Perform packing and labeling tasks to prepare products for shipment
• Follow packaging procedures and quality standards to ensure product integrity
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area
• Handle products weighing up to 40 lbs safely and efficiently
• Adhere to safety and safety compliance measures at all times
• Support inventory management and proper storage of finished goods
• Follow instructions from supervisors to meet daily production targets
• Use packaging materials and equipment to ensure consistent product presentation
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety issues to management
• Assist in maintaining a safe and clean work environment

Required Qualifications

• Proven ability to perform physical tasks involving lifting up to 40 lbs
• Experience with packaging, specifically cosmetic packaging preferred
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols
• Previous experience as a packer or in a similar production role preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a cosmetics or beauty product manufacturing environment

Tools / Equipment / Systems

• Packaging equipment (explicitly referenced)
• Material handling supplies and packaging materials

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
