Job Position: Production Inventory

Location: McCook, IL 60525

Pay Rate: $20.00/hr

Shift: 1st shift

Description: Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock for production needs.
- Perform regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Coordinate with production teams to forecast inventory requirements and avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Track incoming and outgoing materials, ensuring proper documentation and storage.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software or systems.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and supplies.
- Identify opportunities to optimize inventory processes and reduce waste.
- Assist in the implementation of inventory control procedures and policies.
- Prepare inventory-related reports for management as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and software.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills for tracking and managing inventory data.
- Ability to work collaboratively with production teams and suppliers.
- Basic understanding of production workflows and materials management.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating inventory needs and resolving issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, or similar spreadsheet applications.
- General understanding of warehouse operations and storage practices.
