Immediately seeking a Production Associate in the Newport, NH area. This is a full time first shift position offering $17.00/hour. Responsibilities:
Complying, supporting, and improving safety policies and procedures
Achieving high quality along with efficiency, and improving the quality of product we send to internal and external customers
Work quickly and efficiently in all of our tasks
Being punctual around start and break times, and making the time count while on the production floor
Working well with others on expected tasks, and later helping to move the team forward with a positive attitude and constructive inputs
Maintain a safe and respectful environment for all employees
Find and respond to safety, quality, and productivity concerns in a timely manner
Continuously improve our operations and work environment
Promote from within whenever possible
Manufacture heavy-duty heating solutions such as flanged immersion heaters, process tanks, and customized heater arrays
Requirements:
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to a maximum of 50 lbs. frequently
Continuous standing required
Frequent walking, handling, and reaching/working overhead required
Occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, sitting, crouching, and crawling required
Good visual acuity and manual dexterity required
Pass company color perception test
Work environment involves exposure to excessive noise, being near moving machinery, exposure to chemicals & inks with splash risk, and exposure to potential arm and wrist fatigue
Must wear hearing protection, eye protection, and safety shoes
Hours: Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm
