Job Description

Production Operator

A local manufacturing company is seeking a **Production Operator **for their Saline location.

What you’ll be doing as a Production Operator

  • Weigh and measure powdered materials for lubricant production.

  • Monitor and operate production machinery.

  • Lift up to 50 lbs to load machines.

  • Perform visual and equipment-based quality checks.

What you’ll need to succeed as a Production Operator

  • 1+ year of experience in a production environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • HS diploma or equivalent

Additional information for the Production Team Lead

  • $19/Hour
  • Monday-Friday, 6am – 2:30pm, Overtime when mandatory

You should be proficient in:

  • Mixing
  • Blending
  • Weighing Raw Materials
  • High School / GED
  • Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
