Description for Production Laborer:
- Learn to set up manufacturing presses correctly to initiate high-volume production cycles.
- Monitor, control, and adjust mechanical setting parameters to ensure quality finished results.
- Help complete detailed shift logs, production tracking records, and safety checklists.
- Cross-train flexibly across multiple plant departments to build a versatile industrial skill set.
- Maintain a highly organized work area and strictly follow all core facility safety rules.
Details for Production Laborer:
- Pay Rate: $17.25 / hour starting (Company conducts regular reviews for hourly raises).
- Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift (7am-7pm) OR Graveyard Shift (7pm-7am) available.
- Location: Tacoma, WA.
- Position Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire.
Requirements for Production Laborer:
- Must supply and wear steel-toed shoes or boots daily on the active manufacturing floor.
- Strong attention to detail, good troubleshooting skills, and an analytical mindset.
- Excellent teamwork, clear communication habits, and a reliable professional attitude.
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced production or general warehouse setting is preferred.
- Exceptional history of daily attendance, prompt punctuality, and reliable transportation.
