Job Summary
Oversee a production crew as a team lead.
Job Responsibilities
Ability to balance team and individual responsibility
Implement and maintain 5S
Ability to contribute to building a positive team spirit and guide others
Examine and inspect completed product
Complete all daily production reporting
Ensures quality has been completed to the highest standard and safety procedures are followed
Communicate with department supervisors to resolve problems and report performances
Job Requirements
Experience with leading a team is preferred
Ability to communicate effectively with team members and department supervisors
Must be able to work in a team-oriented environment
Must have forklift and crane operator certification, or attain certification
Must be comfortable to present information to team members and leadership
Good attendance and positive attitude are a must
Ability to read a tape measurer is a must. Other measuring tools are a plus.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Knowledge of basic tools and their uses
