This is a hands-on leadership position that involves directing daily operations while actively assisting with vehicle inspections, functional checks, and required vehicle updates.Perks: Health insurance and paid time off (PTO) available after 60 days.Job ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate daily activities of a team of Quality Associates.Assign tasks and organize daily workflow.Monitor productivity and ensure daily production goals are met.Provide guidance, training, and support to team members.Perform complete vehicle quality inspections in accordance with established standards.Vehicle body inspectionsFunctional operation inspectionsVisual and quality checksInstall small vehicle accessories and required materials.Labels and labelingVehicle literatureConsumable materialsReview systems for required vehicle updates and instructions.Ensure inspections and vehicle updates are accurately documented in the appropriately.Monitor quality standards and address production concerns as they arise.Communicate daily progress, workflow challenges, and team needs to management.Assist with hands-on vehicle processing tasks to support the team and maintain production efficiency.QualificationsValid Driver's License.High school diploma or GED required.One (1) year minimum of quality assurance or automotive production experience.Previous team lead, supervisory, or leadership experience preferred.Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to direct and motivate a team while actively participating in daily operations.Ability to work scheduled shifts, weekends, overtime, and holidays as needed (possible mandatory overtime).Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.Must successfully pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screening.Apply today and take the lead in keeping the automotive industry moving!#corefocus
