Production Lead

Our client, a well-established cosmetics manufacturer, is seeking experienced Production Leads to oversee packaging operations and drive team performance. We're looking for candidates with prior manufacturing or warehouse experience and a proven ability to lead employees in a fast-paced production environment. Location: Bristol, PA

Available Shifts & Pay

• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday | 4:00 PM-12:30 AM | $23.50/hr

• 3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday | 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM | $23.50/hr

What You'll Do

As a Production Lead, you'll help ensure your assigned area operates safely, efficiently, and on schedule while supporting daily production goals.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading and supporting production team members throughout the shift
• Assigning work and ensuring proper staffing coverage
• Monitoring productivity and helping the team meet daily targets
• Troubleshooting issues and escalating concerns when necessary
• Training new employees on processes, quality standards, and safety procedures
• Ensuring compliance with quality and operational standards
• Assisting with inventory accuracy and audit support
• Tracking performance metrics and communicating updates to leadership

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in production, manufacturing, distribution, or quality environments
• Prior lead, coordinator, or supervisory experience is a plus
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Basic computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Reliable attendance, flexibility, and a team-oriented mindset
• SAP experience is a plus

• Overtime may be required, including weekends during peak production periods
• Background check required
