Production Lead II

Via Seating is hiring a Production Lead II to support the Value Stream Supervisor on our 1st Shift team! Our Production Lead II's support the Value Stream Supervisors in increasing the ratio of value to non-value added activities and eliminating waste in the overall production and supply chain from start to finish for a defined product family. They are also responsible for ensuring the value stream of 8 - 30 employees under their leadership either meets or exceeds customer requirements. Production Lead II's need to have sound hand-eye coordination and be able to cope with moderate physical effort. All Production Lead positions are non-safety sensitive positions. In addition to a starting rate of $25.00/hour, Via also provides up to $900.00 per month for each employee toward their elected benefits as well as employer sponsored life insurance of $25K.
