Production Line Associate

A production line only runs as well as the people on it. When the line moves, quality holds, and nothing slips through, that is a team doing it right.

We are looking for someone dependable to join our production line, keep product moving, and help us hit the mark on quality every shift.

The Role

As a Production Line Associate, you will work our production and packaging stations, keeping product flowing while checking that everything meets spec along the way. You will help with line setup, changeovers, and the small details that keep a shift running clean.

No experience required. We will train you on our equipment, our process, and what it takes to do this job well.

What You Will Do

• Work assigned production and packaging stations, keeping product moving steadily
• Follow production rates, specifications, and work instructions
• Help with line setup, product changeovers, and end of run tasks
• Inspect product for quality and catch anything that falls outside spec
• Confirm the right product, packaging, labels, and codes are being used
• Package and seal product to meet customer standards
• Follow every food safety, sanitation, and safety standard on the floor
• Keep your work area clean and organized throughout the shift
• Work closely with production, maintenance, quality, shipping, and sanitation teams

What It Takes

• Comfortable following written and verbal instructions
• Ready for repetitive, fast paced production work
• Willing to operate equipment safely once trained and authorized
• A team first attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or a modified schedule when production calls for it
• No prior experience required. We will train the right person

Schedule & Pay

This is a full time, hourly role running 4:30 PM until finish, with two 30 minute breaks built into the shift.

Most days run on a steady rhythm. Some will call for a little extra, and overtime or weekend coverage may be needed based on production demand.

Pay is competitive for the area and reviewed regularly. Specifics are shared during the interview.

Work Environment

You will be on your feet for extended periods in a refrigerated production environment, working around cold temperatures, wet floors, and moving equipment. Safety gear is provided. You should be comfortable with repetitive hand and arm movement, along with bending, reaching, and lifting associated with normal production activity.
