Production Line Lead

Our client is seeking a Packaging Line Lead to join their team. As a Line Lead, you will be part of the packaging and shipping support team, helping keep production moving smoothly from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have hands-on leadership experience, strong attention to detail, and a safety-first mindset that will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Packaging Line Lead 

Location: Coopersville, MI

Pay Range: $19/hr

Shift: Monday night - Thursday night, 8:30pm - 7:30am (OT on Fridays as needed)

What's the Job?

• Work on a packaging line with others, packaging and inspecting suet cakes for bird feeders.
• Verify packages and labels are correct, complete, and ready for boxing.
• Place packaged items into boxes, stack boxes on pallets, and prepare them for shipping.
• Move pallets around the warehouse as needed to support workflow and staging.
• Complete necessary paperwork accurately to support production and shipping requirements.

What's Needed?

• Forklift experience (required).
• Leadership experience (required) to coordinate work on the line and support team execution.
• Ability to work a 3rd shift schedule and stay consistent through the shift.
• Strong attention to detail to inspect packages and labels and ensure accuracy.
• Comfort working in a leadership role in a warehouse environment and completing required documentation.
