Description
The bottling line/warehouse operator primarily assists with packout on the bottling line and with some warehouse responsibilities. Bottling line responsibilities include maintaining organized component storage, preparing for various production runs, and packing out the product during the run. This position requires strong mechanical ability to assist in setting up and operating bottling equipment. Warehouse responsibilities include supporting receiving and shipping.
Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain organized component storage in different areas.
Pull and prepare components depending on different products being produced.
Pack various products being bottled to standard requirements.
Assist with receiving and processing warehouse stock products (unload, count, locate in facility)
Assist with verifying orders in Traverse as they leave the warehouse
Assist with physical inventory, along with performing inventory cycle counts as needed
Keep a clean and safe facility
Report any discrepancies
Strong mechanical ability to assist and set up bottling equipment as needed
Requirements
Detail-oriented
Able to safely and efficiently operate a stand-up electric forklift (or ability to learn)
Capable of safely and frequently lifting up to 50 lbs.
Capable of working on your feet for periods up to 4 hours.
Basic understanding of Microsoft Windows software.
Able to learn basic functions on the company's inventory software.
Able to work some fluctuating hours depending on the season and need.
Ability to work a 40-hour work week on a regular basis. Monday - Thursday 6:00 am- 4:30 pm (30-minute lunch)
