Production Line Technician — Metals & Fabrication

What you'll do

• Set up and run entry-level equipment per operational procedures to make accurate, high-quality parts.
• Perform product transfer, parts assembly, and in-process quality inspections.
• Count, label, and handle small parts precisely; ensure inventory accuracy and proper tracking.
• Identify and address defects and quality issues; complete required paperwork.
• Follow plant safety rules and company policies; uphold Our Philosophy and all legal, ethical, and contractual standards.
• Assist teammates and perform other duties as assigned by a lead or supervisor.

Schedule options

• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:00 pm–10:00 pm or 3:00 pm–11:00 pm
• 3rd Shift: Monday–Friday, 10:00 pm–6:00 am

Shifts may include rotation.

Pay, benefits, and perks

• Pay: Starting pay varies by experience, from $21.43 to $26.50, plus a $1.50/hour night shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts, and overtime/double-time incentives.
• Sign-on bonus: $1,500 for all shifts.
