Job Description
Employbridge/Hire Dynamics is hiring Production Associates for a manufacturing facility in Chester, SC. This is a hands-on production role working directly with plywood materials and industrial drying equipment. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have strong attention to detail, and looking for a long term opportunity.
We are currently hiring Production Associates to join a growing team.
Schedule
- Rotating Schedule
- Days: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (up to 7:00 PM with overtime)
- Nights: 7:00 PM - 5:00 AM (up to 7:00 AM with overtime)
Pay Rate
- $16.14 per hour
Primary Responsibilities:
- Work on the spray coat production line processing plywood products
- Ensure plywood boards are properly aligned side-by-side on a moving conveyor system
- Verify there are no gaps, overlaps, or misaligned boards before the final spray coating process
- Maintain quality standards by paying close attention to detail throughout the production process
- Keep pace with a continuously moving production line
- Must wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working around conveyor systems and moving equipment.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and work as part of a team.
- Manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience is helpful but not required.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
