JOB SUMMARY
The Production Maintenance Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, rebuilding, modifying, setting up, adjusting, and maintaining manufacturing equipment to support safe, efficient, and reliable production operations. This position works closely with Production, Engineering, and other support departments to maximize equipment uptime, improve reliability, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Ability to troubleshoot 480-volt 3 phase electrical systems, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and robotic systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
Programmable Logic Control (PLC) troubleshooting experience
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer skills and ability to document maintenance activities.
Sufficient analysis and planning skills to understand maintenance instructions, troubleshoot mechanical, electronic, robotic, hydraulic, and pneumatic operating systems and to plan work based on such information and analysis results
Willingness to wear required safety equipment and follow safety rules and procedures
