A well-established, nationally recognized restoration brand is hiring a Production Manager to lead its mitigation operation in the Dallas metro. The company is independently owned. There is no private equity or outside investor group behind the business, and decisions are made by leadership that came up through the restoration industry.
The location runs over $4M in volume with 5 mitigation crews, growing to 7 or 8. This is a growth hire into an expanding operation.
What You Will Do
Lead 5 mitigation crews, scaling to 7 or 8
Own cycle times, job conversions, and gross profit margin
Support all service lines outside of reconstruction
Manage crew scheduling, production flow, and job documentation
Handle customer communication and conflict resolution
Keep paperwork, process, and job files organized and moving
Manage the on-call rotation. This role is not itself on call.
What You Bring
Experience leading mitigation or restoration production crews
Ability to estimate in Xactimate. This is required.
Working knowledge of mitigation service lines and production KPIs (cycle time, conversions, GPM)
Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills
Organized, process-driven approach to managing multiple active jobs
WRT and ASD certifications preferred, not required
Valid driver's license
