Compensation: $60,000–$75,000 per year DOE

THE OPPORTUNITY

We're hiring a Construction Project Manager who can lead from the field while keeping projects organized and homeowners informed.
This isn't a desk job. You'll split your time between active jobsites and the office, overseeing projects from kickoff through completion.

Your three main responsibilities:

1. Own the Jobsite

Oversee active projects and inspect workmanship.
Lead crews and hold subcontractors accountable.
Identify problems early and get them resolved.
Ensure every project meets our quality standards.

2. Keep Projects Moving

Coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, and inspections.
Manage production schedules and anticipate delays.
Keep projects organized and moving toward completion.

3. Own the Homeowner Experience

Communicate proactively with homeowners.
Set clear expectations and provide regular updates.
Address concerns quickly and professionally.
Deliver an experience that matches the quality of our work.

HOW WE MEASURE SUCCESS

Quality Control: Projects meet our workmanship standards with minimal callbacks, rework, and outstanding punch-list items.

YOU'D BE A GREAT FIT IF...
You have 5+ years of residential construction experience.
You've successfully led crews and managed active jobsites.
You take pride in craftsmanship and notice the details others miss.
You're comfortable making decisions and solving problems.
You communicate clearly with homeowners and subcontractors.
You take ownership, follow through, and don't need to be micromanaged.
You lead by example and hold yourself and others accountable.

Experience in custom homes, remodeling, or outdoor living construction is a plus. Deck-building experience is helpful but not required.
